The assistance at this venue was very accommodating, and I really appreciated the spacious, quiet rooms with comfortable seating as well as the superb amenities available.

The location was marvelous and perfect for getting around Abingdon, so close to a supermarket, Kmart, and a shopping center with a supermarket nearby.

Convenient location near the highway with easy access. Efficient front desk staff who multitasked well. Clean room with new features and comfortable bed. Pleasant view overlooking grass and woods. Helpful in connecting devices to wifi. Amenities like refrigerator, microwave, and coffee available.

From the very pleasant and helpful front desk person to the cleanliness of the room to the above-average biscuits and gravy breakfast, I give them a "10" in every area. My wife could tell you that I am a very critical person, able to find fault with almost anything, but try though I did I could not muster up a single complaint. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was stylishly updated, with clean surfaces and easily accessible outlets. The bathroom was nice and had good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast selection was surprisingly broad and offered more options than more expensive hotels I've stayed at. The coffee was also decent. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pillows were extremely comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The location was convenient, close to the interstate and within walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store.

We had a quite comfortable stay for the night during our road trip. The hotel is located in a fairly nice area next to the Virginia Creeper Trail, chain restaurants, and grocery shopping. Our room was new-fashioned, well-stocked, with a double bed and a working TV. We appreciated the early check-in and late check-out. Everything was wonderful.

I've been staying at this hotel for several years and it truly feels like my home away from home. The staff here are incredibly friendly, patient, and kind. They go above and beyond to make sure that I have a comfortable stay. The rooms are always clean, and they even provide a comfy couch for added relaxation after a long day. The location is perfect, right beside a shopping center and overlooking the interstate highway, making it convenient for both shopping and travel. Plus, breakfast is included, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

Clerk was nice, helped with pet policy. Mobility access room not available despite prior request. Stylistically updated room, clean surfaces and easy-to-find outlets. Breakfast selection broad, better than La Quinta. Comfortable beds, some friendly staff. Adequate plug locations, quiet AC/heater. Overall pleased, pillows were comfy.
